Two climates, one district

Hold-down brackets on anything that gets opened, weighted bottom rails as standard, and heavier fabrics where a light one would flutter. For exterior solar screens, which are genuinely effective at stopping heat before it enters the glass, we specify robust housings and side tracks and talk through retracting them in heavy weather.
